Native LGBT community leaders and PIC to meet

Ahe'hee'. Thank you to all who have sent emails to the Phoenix Indian Center (PIC) regarding their decision to deny Miss Indian Transgender Arizona's participation in their Native royalty presentation on March 29, 2007. We are will have a meeting with them sometime within the next 2 weeks to discuss their decision, to help them to become more educated on Native LGBT/Two-Spirit issues, and let them know how they can better serve the LGBT/Two-Spirit members of the Phoenix Native American community.

We will keep the the website posted on the latest developments. Thank you for the encouragement and prayers.
